Ok. Well, the first thing you should know about me is that I'm a major fuck-up. In fact, if they gave out awards each year for procrastination I would probably win each and every one of them. On the other hand, I can be doggedly determined bordering on OCD. I don't mean to push anyone away otherwise why did I bother joining. I'm just saying I'm not for everyone, that much is obvious.

I'm really more interested in meeting people and staying in touch as friends from a broad range of unique individuals. If something comes of it later on then that's fine as well, I'm not going to push it.

I get on with pretty much everyone, as i'm very easy-going.. and a little bit of a geek.. and musical.

I work as an engineer, I play with and/or at motorbikes, trail bikes,martial arts, mountain bikes, acrobatics, snowboarding. And reading. I'm 5'7" ish, 10.5 stone, really short blond hair (except I'm always forgetting to have it buzzed off), grey blue eyes - Oh, I'm stunning, but I can't claim credit, it just happened. It's not like I even moisturise or anything. I love making people laugh, I'm bright, opinionated, I despise ego, I respect the ability to mock oneself, I hate people who take violence into public places, I love humour, genuine-ness, crooked grins and bright eyes.

Well, most importantly I like to laugh a lot. I have a habit of spontaneously going out if the mood takes me (not on my own!) to anywhere; pub, cinema, clubbing, friends etc. I have a degree in Psychology and Health which I love and I'm now doing my teacher training so I can teach at A-Level! This seems to involve a lot of commuting and sitting at the computer pretending to write and plan stuff when in fact I'm not doing an awful lot! I have an extreme passion for red wine and Indian food. I have a cat called Stan (or 'Stanley Scragamuffin Browning' if he's been bad) What else? I like cheese but try not to eat it! I'd be happy to meet people who get my craziness and zest for life!

I'm an adventure-seeker! In past years I have tried my hand at skydiving, bungee-jumping, white-water-rafting, abseiling, surfing, skiing and hiking. I crave the adrenaline rush that often lasts for days on end. I'd like to meet anyone with the same kind of outdoors-appetite! I love to travel far and wide - an addiction that is never satisfied. I used to live in New Zealands south island where there is just so much space. I need to return one day! I spent one summer in Borneo - in 97% humidity - which just blew me away. Food is my biggest love!! I have just completed a 4yr degree in Culinary Arts at MMU. I love to make up new and exciting recipes. I spend a lot of time whiling away the hours in cafe's drinking chai tea with my nose in a book and people watching. My favourite meal to go out for is breakfast! I collect dresses. I'm a devonshire girl at heart (although my accent is an exotic combination of north/south at the moment and becoming more northern every day!) hence my love of tramping around the cliffs and going for the odd freezing but exhilarating surf at Polzeath in Cornwall. Music is my second love - though I dont mind what, but it's always best live. Watching an opera can give me the same goose-pimples as rocking out at a muddy music festival! My favourite sandwich filling is...peanut butter with just a SMIDGEN of marmite. It's a taste sensation. Drawing people is a past-time, I mostly draw women. My ideal man is one that is slightly older and wiser than myself, who can teach me a few new tricks and introduce me to some new bands and activities...and the bigger the appetite for adventure the better!!!I like ambitious, intelligent guys who take risks but also have a good idea of where they're heading and what they want out of life. I like to think I am a modern gentleman but probably come across as more of a lazy bum, I can be a bit shy sometimes but I warm up to people pretty quickly, I'm rubbish at small talk but good at talking rubbish.
I love listening to music, I like lots of styles and genres and refuse to shut up about who I've just discovered that everybody just has to hear. I'm a gamer, but I'm trying to strike a balance between seeming nerdy and outright lying so I won't elaborate. I like travelling and experiencing different cultures, seeing their stuff, eating their food, using their fancy or not-so-fancy toilets.
I enjoy seeing friends, meeting new people and having fun, but I guess that's a given, when left to my devices I'm a creative person and will work on my graphic design skills, go out taking photos or do some noodling on my keyboard (badly).
I try to inject a bit of humour into everything I say, but sometimes I'm too dry or subtle so others don't get it so I have to tell them why what I said was funny, and then it turns out that they did actually get what I said, they just didn't find it very funny and feel a little miffed that I've underestimated their intelligence...

I'm certainly not one to leap out of bed in the morning to achieve all these goals, but when I get my teeth into something I pretty much achieve it. I'm more of an evening person. Sleep seems kinda irrelevant at the end of the day, but by the next morning...I'd chew off my arm to get that extra 5 mins snooze time! A cup of tea later, and I'm talking to people again...

I enjoy the company of really good friends, but equally I get on just fine spending some quality time with ME. I enjoy writing music, as well as listening to it and I'm continuously amazed just how much a good tune can switch my mood. I play the piano and have recently got into writing my own music (dance/chill out/whatever takes my fancy).
I like cycling alot and can never understand why more people don't do it more...and walking is great (when there is no bike) especially if it ends in a warm cosy pub, with food, good company, and a taxi back home when you're just too tired to walk anymore!

I am a very unique individual. Oddly enough, that's not my ego or my arrogance talking - it's a recurring phrase I hear after meeting new people. I suppose that in some ways, I'm an acquired taste.

I am a very empathetic individual. This can be either a good thing, or a bad thing - I am able to relate to other people easily, but it also means that in a way, I feel as though I'm sharing their pain. Yes, that extends to television and films.. Now, I'm sure you can imagine why it's both a blessing and a curse.

In many ways, I suppose I am still very child-like. I'm easily amused and generally quite playful, although if we have only just met it's unlikely you'll see that side of me. Thankfully, I warm up to people quite quickly, so you won't be stuck with the wallflower forever!

There's nothing I love more than curling up with a film (and/or a few games) and a Chinese. The way to my heart is by buying me a Chinese beef curry with egg fried rice. (.. Okay, maybe it's not that easy, but I would be grateful.)

I value my solitude. This doesn't mean I'm a recluse as such, I do love being surrounded by other people (especially friends) - but I dislike feeling trapped, or as though I am being forced to be there. This is a remnant of the social anxiety disorder I suffered two years ago, but thankfully it's manageable!

I am a hopeless romantic at heart. Although I realize love can never be as picture perfect as the films say it is, I am more than capable of recognizing when someone is being romantic in their own way. In an ideal world, I'd end up with a gentleman that isn't afraid to be animalistic and passionate in the bedroom - but my heart is the one with the power here, so I am obviously remaining open-minded.

Myself.. Hard to talk about really. I loves my music, just love it. Sport also features heavily in my life, I follow everything really, but mainly football. I am usually happy and chilled out, or appear that way anyway, most things are stored up and released at once... But yeah, I am a caring guy and have been told I am self-less, which can only be a good thing really :D

It's my first time writing one of these things... hmm... well here it goes...

I like going out clubbing, but I also enjoy a quiet pint in an old man pub, or getting a take-away and watching a movie.

I'm pretty easy going really and get on with most people, but I don't have time for anyone who is pretentious and too busy complaining about the world to have a laugh. If you can find fun in most activities then I'd probably enjoy spending time with you.

I spent 6 months in Brazil and then spent a couple of weeks in Buenos Aires and then a couple more weeks travelling round Ecuador... I would really love to travel again... specifically around Asia so hopefully when I have the money, I'll be able to

Lifes good at the moment, I work hard and play harder. I dont get many chances to get out and socialise! I deffinately make the most of the time that I get! Love the outdoors, long walks, the beach, going to the cinema, bowling etc. I like making new friends that I can share some fun times with and have a laugh :D

Im from belfast orignianally but i have been working in Bath for this last year. I'm a joiner and therefore had to follow the work, ive come to think of bath as a home away from home! I swim when i can as well as playing waterpolo. I like walking believe it or not. I work for myself, and party as much as my bank balance will allow me, enjoy meeting new people, would gladly talk to the next guy or girl sitting beside beside me, in the pub!!

As it seems with many people, I always find it difficult to write about myself.

To start off, I'm a naturally shy person. To back this up it has been stated about me that I don't say a lot but when I do speak it is worth listening. Personally there are just too many people who want to talk nonsense and so some of us need to keep the balance down.

Secondly, I am a great fan of many things which might give me a tag as a geeky person (probably rightly so mind you).

Into Science Fiction and Fact, especially things like Star Wars and Scientific History. Also into gaming on both my Wii and DS. Will also watch almost any sport thats on, although I'm a definite fan of Football, Rugby and UFC

Well i'm richard and the only reason i'm here editing this is to avoid my literature essay due in on Friday! Which happens to be the greatest reason for doing anything remotly random. I'm a happy, cheerfull person, i feel like i'm getting more and more immature sometimes but i'm really not... i can be anooying sometimes but useually on purpose. I think i have a pretty good/random sense of humour and am a really friendly person but can be shy especially when I meet people for the first time.

Im nearly 21, I live with 2 guys and a girl from uni. I work at the student bar which is pretty good fun.

I am very,very laid back attitude without being lazy. I enjoy cooking for people and eatting all my lovely food (i think its nice anyway). I also like going to gigs but never really have many people to go with these days due to different music tastes.

Bands i've seen include:
Megadeth, dream theater, Yes, Symphony X, Skid row, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Alice Cooper and many others. But i which to see many more.

I enjoy music alot and have played piano for almost 12 years and bass guitar for 7 (however no longer in a band since being at uni). I love traveling and meeting new people, I've done it mainly by myself and meeting people to travel with while traveling.

I spent this summer in America working with mentaly disabled adults, which was the best job ever. I was also a life gaurd during this time also, once working i went through the states , but want to go back.

I love hugs and watching films with someone snugged up to me. . However i'm quite picky of who i do this with. I am very affectionate but at the right times (for an example, if with a significant other and friends i wouldnt be to affectionate, but when we are watching a film your all mine)

I am not a jealous person at all but occasionaly need re-assurance out thingas (worry alot).

I am a vegan, I don't eat meat or dairy products. I care a lot about diet and fitness. I try to exercise 6 days a week. I run about 6 miles a week. I also love to drink though which sometimes negates the whole staying in shape thing.

I'm 22 and in my second year at bath spa uni. I am studying Education and Geography and hoping to do a PGCE year to become a teacher.

I enjoy gaming, swimming and just time with friends.

I enjoy most normal things whether it be quite nights in or a busy clubbing night. As long as I'm with friends I'm having a good time.
